The myth that we should be able to figure ourselves out by ourselves is a tempting one. However, this approach rarely works. Even the most successful and fulfilled people need support and guidance from others to reach their fullest potential.
Leadership coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process of self-discovery that reveals, inspires, and moves you into an expansive version of yourself. Leadership coaching can be particularly supportive if you are:
Transitioning into a larger and / or more complex role
Looking to own your strengths
Seeking to communicate more effectively
Working to create alignment between purpose and impact

As your leadership coach, I can provide an individualized experience that supports your leadership development. Because I’m not limited by your past, beliefs, or the stories you have about yourself or your leadership, I can ask those deeply powerful questions that will provoke new insights, learnings & possibilities. From this space, you can deepen, expand, and evolve your leadership and impact.
Through leadership coaching, we’ll reconnect with your vision, sense of purpose and core values. We’ll reveal the various stories you’ve been carrying and how they are impacting your leadership. We’ll create a new space for possibilities to emerge and put you onto a path of a more fulfilling and empowered leadership journey.

How Coaching Works ||
1. Introductions ||
We will co-create a coaching relationship that will require courageous vulnerability and openness for your transformation. It’s essential that we establish chemistry from the very beginning.
2. Discovery ||
The work begins once we agree on your coaching program. We’ll start you off with pre-coaching homework and a specially designed session to design our alliance, get clear on what you want from your coaching &
other expectations.
3. Coaching ||
In each session, you’ll bring a topic to be coached on and together, we’ll explore ways to lead in alignment with your authentic self, how to make conscious choices as a leader, and ways to be fully present as a leader in all situations. The real work is in the space between sessions when you’ll apply learning to actions & complete journaling exercises.
4. Completion ||
When we reach your final session, we’ll review what you’ve accomplished and identify where you could grow from there. We could complete our coaching relationship or redesign our alliance for ongoing coaching.
